These terms govern your use of www.unifhi.com, the marketing website for Unifhi, a product of Zaavya LLC. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. A Unifhi implementation or a Zaavya services engagement is governed by the separate agreement signed for that work, including the business associate agreement where protected health information is involved.

What this site is

An informational website describing Unifhi and Zaavya. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, a warranty, or professional advice.

Descriptions of capability reflect what can be configured in an implementation. What applies to your organization depends on your systems, your data, and the scope agreed in writing.

Do not submit patient data

Do not submit protected health information, patient records, or other sensitive personal data through any form on this site. The forms here are for business inquiries. If you send patient data anyway, we will delete it.

The calculator

The prior authorization savings calculator produces an estimate from figures you enter and published benchmarks. It is an illustration, not advice, not a quote, and not a prediction of your results.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it by automated means without permission, or misrepresent who you are.
